Complete with everything other than your rail or rod. Capable of mounting a 10/10 rail, or a 1/4" to 3/8" rod.  lightweight and easy to assemble and transport. Weighing 21 pounds, this pad easily stores in a trailer, truck or car. Assembles in only a few seconds. Once assembled, the rail holder pivots down 90 degrees and rests horizontally for easy loading.  Replacement parts available.
