Complete with everything other than your rail or rod. Designed for a 10/10, 10/20 rail, or a 1/4" to 3/8" rod.  Fully assembled it has a 7' triangular footprint.  Weighing 35 pounds, this pad easily stores in a trailer, truck or car. Assembles in only a few seconds. Once assembled, the rail holder pivots down 90 degrees and rests horizontally for easy loading.   No need for pliers, crescent wrench and WD-40 to put your rocket on this pad.
